New Patients

At Let It be Chiropractic, we do things a little bit differently than you’re probably accustomed to! We believe in providing the best quality care and we do not guess with your health!

Before your visit:

The Let It Be team will collaborate with you to find a time that works for you to come in for your new patient appointment. After scheduling your initial visits, we will email you a link for the new patient paperwork. We ask that you fill it out in as much detail as possible. This will help Dr. Ashley understand your health needs and goals better. You must have your new patient paperwork filled out 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time or your appointment may be rescheduled.

On the first visit…

When you arrive you will be greeted warmly by our team.
You will be taken on an office tour so that you know where everything is and can make yourself at home whenever you come in.
You will be seated in an examination room where Dr. Ashley will sit down with you for a one-on-one consultation where she will go through your medical history and health goals to make sure our office is the right fit for you and your family. After the consultation, Dr. Ashley will begin the examination which includes an extensive neurological, postural and physical examination.
We utilize a state of the art technology called the CLA INSiGHT Scans that allows us to see how the nervous system is functioning and how it’s adapting to stress. We also have in-house x-ray. We do not guess when it comes to your health and may decide x-rays are necessary.
You can expect this visit to last about 45 minutes to 1 hour.

On the second visit…

Dr. Ashley will sit down with you and give you a report of the findings. This will be a detailed explanation of all the findings from the consultation, examinations, and x-rays. We will also discuss the effects of stress and toxins in your environment and how it is affecting your health!
Dr. Ashley will lay out your unique, personalized care plan for you and will discuss goals and expectations and answer any questions that you have.
We believe in total transparency, so we will also provide a detailed financial spreadsheet that breaks down the investment of care! Because we love seeing the whole family, we offer family care plans to help with budget planning.
And the most exciting part!… You will receive your first adjustment! Please plan for this visit to be about 30-45 minutes.

Subsequent visits…

Time is valuable and we want to respect yours! There will be little to no wait to see Dr. Ashley.
You will be called back to the adjusting bay, where you will be adjusted and discuss any concerns you may have with the doctor.
Dr. Ashley will explain exactly what she is adjusting and why so that you are informed at all times.

Lifelong health…

Once we have optimized the function of your nervous system and you have passed all physical examinations, Dr. Ashley will give you the option of receiving wellness care to maintain the work you’ve put in and live a long, healthy life!
